Sterling Marlin - It Was Three Good Years
Sterling Marlin is one of three drivers to have won back-to-back Daytona 500 victories. The others are Richard Petty (1973-74) and Cale Yarborough (1983-84). Marlin’s pursuit of a third straight Daytona 500 victory went up in smoke when he blew a motor.
